Your new company
You will be working for an Education Charity based in Central London, paying £200-£250 per day.
Your new role
As Senior HR Adviser, you will be work closely with various stakeholders to support the HR Function in the provision of professional HR Advise. Specifically, you will provide expert knowledge on a range of Employee Relations matters, so you must demonstrate excellent employment legislation experience. The organisation is going through a lot of change, so you will also be required to manage your own administrative tasks. Other responsibilities will include: advising on policies and procedures, management of parental/paternity leave matters and carrying out any other HR tasks as required. This is an interim role where you will be required to start ASAP, so you must be immediately available or on a One Week Notice Period. Please note that they will be regular travel to the midlands and Lancashire.
What you'll need to succeed
you will demonstrate outstanding legislation and experience and previous knowledge and experience of managing your own high volume employee relation cases. You will be proactive in your approach and demonstrate a genuine passion for improving and delivering a spectacular HR Service.
