Interim HR Manager - 6 month FTC - Corporate functions



Global services firm in the upstream market with an excellent reputation in their field. Headquartered overseas with offices in the UK, including London.

They are recruiting an Interim HR Manager to support the UK corporate functions population and contribute to global HR projects. In this role you will support a population of c150 across the UK, including tax, accounting, IT, finance etc., and report directly to the Global HRD for Group functions. You will provide support on a variety of projects including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, managing the offer process and producing contracts. You will also manage job evaluation and draft new job descriptions as well as running a variety of workshops on personal development and the behavioural framework.

The is HRD seeks an influential, commercial Interim HR Manager with experience of working in a commercial, matrix firm and an ability to build relationships with intellectual, senior customer groups. You will be a generalist who is used to developing relationships across the business.
