An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor based in Ascot

Your new role
Strong and experienced HR generalist, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to proactively manage all day-to-day HR processes, transactions and key stakeholder relationships.

Recruitment

* Support the Recruitment Manager with Recruitment administration, role tracking and interview arrangements

Onboarding

* Draft contracts and offer letters for approval and sign-off by and CEO and ensure signed copies are received and filed
* Manage end-to-end starter process, including welcome emails, background and reference checks, right-to-work checks and any associated visa management, building and systems access, laptop and other technical provision
* Deliver company induction to all new employees and contractors
* Provision and implementation of appropriate benefits and Payroll onboarding

Compensation and Benefits

* Ensure Finance are updated accurately in order that they are able to manage and administer Payroll
* Confirm all bonuses in writing and work with Finance to ensure all payments are made accurately and on time
* Manage onboarding/offboarding to benefit providers
* Manage all updates and communications relating to changes of pensions and other benefits

HR/ER/General

* Prepare 'change of details' administration and letters for the Head of HR and associated paperwork including salary, bonus, promotion letters and general correspondence in line with role entitlement
* Administration and ER management of long/short-term sickness absence, arranging occupational health appointments, interpreting reports and working with the CPO to agree a suitable way forward
* First line support for leaders, offering advice on policies, procedures and communications and facilitating formal meetings, such as those relating to conduct, capability, redundancy and dismissal
* First line support for employees, offering guidance on policies, procedures and managing communications and relationships effectively
* Manage all general HR administration, including keeping the HR database up-to-date
* Maintain personnel and HR files, including archiving leavers etc, and ensure all employee paperwork, records, contracts etc are chased up and filed in a timely and organised fashion
* Ensure appropriate security for all HR or employee related data, with strict observance of departmental confidentiality and data protection in line with GDPR
* Oversee the employee survey and produce reports on findings
* Assist the leadership team with all HR projects and cyclical processes - year end, goal setting, development planning, talent management, performance management etc
* Manage all off-boarding processes for leavers (systems, building access, Payroll etc), including confirming terminations/resignations in writing, conducting exit interviews etc
* Coordinate training and development activities - arranging, tracking, triggering, managing training contracts etc
* Support all ad-hoc HR projects
