Morgan Law are delighted to be working exclusively with this globally renowned and highly respected cultural institution in their search for an exceptional HR Business Partner. 

As HR Business Partner you will partner with a varied client group spanning academic experts, corporate functions and commercial teams to provide proactive, comprehensive and customer-focused people solutions. Working closely with management teams you’ll support the development and delivery of local business plans by influencing leadership and management on the people agenda and issues and through the delivery of a full range of HR interventions to your clients. This will include change management, leadership and management development, performance management, employee relations, reward and recognition, resourcing and much more!  You’ll also get to work alongside colleagues to contribute to a range of exciting organisation-wide and future-focused projects. 

This fantastic opportunity requires an individual with broad operational HR experience and proven experience of work in a role taking a business partnering approach with clients. Ideally with MCIPD qualification or equivalent experience, you’ll offer a track record of delivering high quality HR support gained in a multi-discipline business model, which will also ideally include line managing others. 
In addition to first class stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of client audiences, you’ll also offer particular strength and interest in leadership development and performance management. 

Whilst our client is certainly open to considering candidates from any industry sector background, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in working within the cultural sector. Some scope for flexible working arrangements will also be considered.
