  • Leading the initial review of workflow with a view to streamlining the collation and provision of management information, in conjunction with the IT team, HR Systems leads, Finance Team and other key stakeholders;
  • Leading the timely and accurate delivery of external management information collation and reporting, including statutory returns;
  • Leading the ongoing review of internal management information collation and provision, working closely with other HR teams and key stakeholders, ensuring its ongoing relevance to the CMA;
  • Leading the development and ensuring the delivery of a plan of management information reports, ensuring accurate data is collated, analysed and reports are produced in a customer-focused, timely and accurate way;
  • Ensuring the department understands the importance of HR system data accuracy, and the correct and secure use of the Agresso system.

If you have experience of working in management information,  analysis and improvement or a similar role, with a previous track record that demonstrates capability to deliver high quality reporting using a range of techniques and graphics, we would like to hear from you. To be  succesfull in your application you must be able to demonstrate staff management skills, the ability to develop analytical reports for senior stakeholders and experience in simplifying processes and workflows.
