Our client is really excited to be setting out the next chapter.

With an established track record for building quality homes and investing in their local communities, this provides them with an excellent platform to launch an ambitious new vision, focusing their efforts on becoming a modern, growing, efficient people business.

They recognise and value their people as their most important asset in achieving each of their strategic priorities and have developed a new HR Strategy to not only support their priorities, but also their vision and values. As a result, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business and Talent Partner to support the development of the HR function and wider business.

The HR Business and Talent Partner will look to build strong working relationships with business areas, providing good counsel and pragmatic advice on people related matters, as well as designing and delivering organisational wide learning programmes.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will be a proactive driver of change to the Leadership team and managers, delivering HR & L&D solutions through consultation and a partnering approach.

They are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who will provide high quality, objective and robust business partnering support for both operational and strategic people initiatives. You will lead activities that focus on building the talent needed for the business to reach its vision and strategic ambition.

Their ideal candidate must be CIPD (or equivalent) qualified. You will have an excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice with knowledge of modern learning solutions.
