Recruitment Manager

My client is a global manufacturer with multiple UK locations. Being part of a Plc Group, they have a blue chip customer base and an enviable track record with ambitious growth plans. Working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment you will report to the Vice President, HR and enjoy a strategic and operational role.

Managing the recruitment budget, you will lead, develop, oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring a high quality recruitment service is delivered at all times. You will also develop flexible and innovative 'best fit' candidate attraction strategies and work with the business (and hiring managers) to advise on workforce planning, succession, retention and development of staff. With an ATS System already in place next steps will be to explore how they can further enhance the candidate experience and continue to develop a best in class on-boarding process.

You will be a credible recruiter with proven internal recruitment experience. Have experience of working in complex, demanding environments and in filling 'hard to fill' roles with demonstrable success of identifying and securing passive as well as active candidates across a variety of attraction channels. You will have the highest levels of credibility and professionalism and have a clear commitment to continuous improvement and delivery.

Although the role is based in Kings Lynn they operate a flexible working policy including home working. There is also an opportunity to work from their Cambridge office 1 or 2 days a week if preferred.
