Job Details

We are looking for a commercially minded generalist HR Business partner with strong stakeholder management skills. Working for an energetic and ambitious organisation you lead on delivering the all-encompassing people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service.

The role will be very fast paced & dynamic in nature, the organisation is rapidly evolving, and HR will be pivotal and integral to their ongoing success. You will coach and support line managers, take ownership of all Employee Relations and the on-boarding process through from attraction to induction.

Working in true partnership with key stakeholders, you will be accountable for providing a quality HR service which encompasses the full spectrum of generalist HR. Understanding key business drivers and delivering value add initiatives which will impact the bottom line.

Graduate calibre & CIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within fast paced, dynamic and commercial environments, you will need to be meticulous, dynamic and autonomous.
