As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the People Team, you will support the Talent Acquisition Partners as it relates to interview logistics. You will be a central member of the team ensuring we deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Own the scheduling of onsite interviews and debrief sessions Facilitate (meet & greet) interviewees with the objective of enhancing candidate experience
Coordinate travel and accommodation for applicants in conjunction with our internal Travel Manager
Communicate via email or phone with candidates for follow-up on interview confirmations
Maintain expertise in recruiting systems, processes, and compliance
Ensure accurate record keeping of all interview activity in the applicant tracking system
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
Work within predefined recruitment process while monitoring those processes to identify and recommend areas for improvement to ensure best practices at all times
Assist with compliance matters including accurate record keeping of applicant documents
Submit candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group

Experience of working in recruiting coordinator role, highly desired
Ability to work with various levels of internal and external customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and systems and applicant tracking systems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
