Job Details

I am currently working with a prolific housing association to recruit a HR Partner on a permanent basis. 

The successful post holder will be managing all aspects of HR casework and policy development; and support with HR project work.   

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • Manage and co-ordinate all generalist HR matters ensuring compliance with all statutory, legislative and Group policy requirements  
  • Provide professional advice and support to colleagues across the HR team
  • Support with and manage a range projects as determined by the Senior HR Business Partner 
  • Write and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure these are being followed consistently and to a high standard. 
  • Enable the development of effective HR processes across the HR team
  • In liaison with colleagues in recruitment, provide guidance, advice and support with recruitment activity
  • Effectively manage HR casework to achieve efficient and positive outcomes to any issues arising.
  • Effectively maintain a harmonious employee relations environment. 
  • Support and coach colleagues and managers to effectively manage employee relations issues that arise relating to discipline, grievance, attendance and performance management matters. 
  • Provide HR knowledge and project management support on change management situations that arise, particularly in relation to, but not limited to, restructure, redundancies and TUPE.
