HR Project Consultant

We are recruiting an interim HR Project Consultant, to provide to support to the HR team in a number of project areas. This role is working for a central government body, based in London, which is going through a period of rapid expansion and growth. As a result they have a number of work projects in the HR team that need support.
Working alongside a HR Business Partner, your primary focus will be drafting new job descriptions, supporting on running job matching panels, recruitment processes and appeals processes. This individual must be comfortable working with senior Managers to test thinking, draw out critical information about new roles and capture and verify the information.
We are looking for indiviudals that have excellent communication skills, can operate at speed, with accuracy and who can demonstrate excellent project management and organisation skills
