My client, a customer services organisation, are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Walsall. You will be responsible for providing HR support to the business working closely with internal clients on all HR management related activity and initiatives.
As the successful HR Business Partner, you will build strong relationships with all internal clients, support the overall business agenda and effectively develop and delver HR frameworks including recruitment, reward, recognition, performance, sickness and attendance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support and provide advise to management on all employee relations matters
* Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
* Work closely with management and employees to maintain relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
* Management and development of HR systems including payroll, performance management, sickness and absence, redundancy and TUPE
* Management of the recruitment process, building and maintain relationships with partners, monitoring and developing internal recruitment expertise
* Providing monthly MI reports for board meetings
* Responsible for the HR Quality Management System and focal point for both internal and external audits
* Management of the admin function within the HR department, assist and develop where needed to fulfill role requirements
It would be highly beneficial for you to have:
* CIPD Qualification (desirable)
* Previous experience at a HR Business Partner level within an SME
* Proven experience of managing a team
* Experience in developing and implementing recruitment and training and development
* Experience of using HR databases
* Experience of advising on employment law, policies and procedures
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* In depth knowledge of employee relations processes and procedures
* Ability to be proactive and to use initiative is essential
