HR BP reporting directly to the Global HRD and joining established HR team.

Global media agency in the entertainment market with offices in L.A and London. Recognised in their field as a market leader they continue to grow and have recently secured additional funding. Employing close to 300 professionals in the UK organised in a matrix structure.


The Global People Director is recruiting a commercial, numerate HR Business Partner to join the wider London based HR team. As the HR BP you will support your own customer group of c90 professionals - a consultative population who operate on a 'billable hours' basis - on all cyclical HR issues as well as support the UK business on all reward matters and people based projects. You will advise the SLT on bonus matters as well as take the lead on wider benefits such as pensions - you will manage queries from the UK business re. joining and leaving the pension scheme, increasing and decreasing contributions etc. This is a HR BP role with a bias to reward. More so, you will run your own MI and analyse the data to enable decision making for different projects such as introducing a new benefits provider, managing the implementation of a new HRIS etc.


You will be a HR Business Partner / Manager with an excellent generalist skill set as well as proven experience in managing reward matters. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence SLT. Ideally you will have experience with bonuses, pensions and will have checked payroll (this is outsourced, the HR BP's check the payroll data however). In addition to the cyclical HR matters you will be able to illustrate a successful track record in managing people based projects and process improvements.


Remuneration will include a base between £50,000 and £60,000, bonus, share scheme and co. benefits.
