This is a crucial role for a FTSE 100 going through significant restructure, where you'll need to be at the top of your game as the driving force for the talent agenda for a big and ambitious Tech Group, with a huge appetite for Talent.

You'll be a critical partner to an awesome CIO who values challenge and debate, and who practices what he preaches when it comes to leadership, and you'll be integral to the OD project that they are about to embark on across the whole Tech Group.

You'll support a newly shaped leadership team, a fantastic one at that - truly inspirational people, as you deep dive into the implications of a new structure, managing the change that comes from it, keeping the talent plan alive - imbedding new career plans, cultural support, building early careers pipelines, developing leaders, leading D&I initiatives, ensuring capabilities are maximised and succession is in place.

This is a highly strategic role, but you'll still want to play a lead role in cyclical events - probing, challenging, questioning …. you'll want a helicopter view of it all.

You'll enjoy the challenge of interacting and influencing Board Directors - you'll have some serious gravitas and credibility, and you'll be able to navigate a business of scale - this is a biggie, and one in the midst of a bold re-org, so you'll need to be nimble, quick thinking, and continuously evolve plans.

To succeed in this role you'll need experience of partnering a big tech team within a large corporate - you'll speak the language, know what drives them and how to handle their challenges. This piece is essential.
