Job Purpose
To lead and support the Regulatory Business Board to develop a learning and development competency framework for regulatory officers. The post holder will also work with Technical leads and Specialists to understand the various functions within NRW. Research will be undertaken to identify course requirements and business need. You will work closely and collectively with colleagues within the same Directorate Team and with similar professional specialists across NRW to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience of working within learning and development or training environment and the ability to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions is essential.
- CIPD qualified (Level 7: Advanced) /Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent level HR Qualification
- Extensive knowledge and experience of people management legislation and best practice.
- Work across complex organisation
