HR Project Lead

HR Change Project Lead to support a organisation with a programme to develop an agile, engaged & sustainable.

We have an interesting and challenging role for a HR Change Project Lead to support on a range of projects.

You will be working as part of a project team including HR Business Partners to provide specialist HR change Project advice whilst coordinating key projects such as :


* Resourcing/succession/restructures
* Managing ways issues are resolved & managed
* Ensuring support functions are set up to enable the business to function.

We are looking for a self-starter who has the confidence to make things happen in a fast paced environment, can use their in-depth HR knowledge to investigate solutions using scenario analysis and make evidence based recommendations to move projects forward (working with a wider project team.)

You will need to be highly organised, confident in HR project management and prioritisation. You will have the ability to work with people at all levels and use your analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to plan, resolve project issues and make appropriate recommendations in order to achieve the project goals.You will be CIPD qualified with project management experience, able to offer considerable HR expertise to the project. Experience in similar projects within complex organisations would be highly desirable.If you have strong change management, business planning and stakeholder engagement skills, along with a sound skill at working collaboratively, coupled with a desire to drive improvement then this could be the role for you

This is initially a 3 months fixed term contract
Will consider either 4 or 5 days (if 4 the contract could be longer)
