We are part of an American Fortune 500 organisation with a rich history and on an exciting journey to transform our business.  We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Head of Talent & Resourcing to help drive forward our strategic plan and to be part of the HR Leadership Team.

You’ll lead both the talent development and resourcing teams, taking a hands-on approach to developing world-class talent management. 

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will have progressive, best in class resourcing strategies which will strengthen their talent pipeline and learning offering. 

You’ll be working on varied interventions, such as senior leadership, high potential and first-time manager development programmes as well as their onboarding, future talent and early careers approach. You will further develop a team to work in collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver an integrated approach to talent that delivers demonstrable ROI and enhances succession planning.

We’re looking for someone who can work at pace, with a strong track record in the leadership of both in-house recruitment with direct sourcing and EVP emphasis, as well as learning and development and talent management within a multi-site business. You’ll be highly commercial, collaborative, customer obsessed and competitive.  The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda is essential.
