Having recently been through a major organisational change programme, the Human Resources function has played a crucial role in supporting the transformation and continues to implement a people strategy that meets the aims and objectives of the overall business strategy.

As Assistant Director, Human Resources, reporting into the Director of Corporate Services you will lead the HR Business Partnering, recruitment & talent, HR & development support and occupational health functions. Seeking to achieve a further improved HR service that is executed well each and every time.

A proven track record of leading HR teams in complex environments is essential.  You will also demonstrate a desire to achieve meaningful results, using your exceptional influencing skills to manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
