Your new role
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide support and direction to employees and managers ensuring the business best uses its employees contributions, across a range of HR disciplines including recruitment, talent development, performance management, pay & benefits, and employee relations issues.

You will provide advice and guidance on policy interpretation and application, employment law, employee relations, organisational design, performance issues, leadership, management practices and information on the use of relevant support service providers.

You will support and encourage the development of personnel, processes and policies ensuring optimum operational effectiveness, as well as coaching and mentoring employees. You will have the opportunity to undertake HR related projects ensuring the function remains effective and current.

What you'll need to succeed
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to make the transition from Advisor to Business Partner. Ideally you will hold CIPD level 5 / 7, or be working towards the qualification and significant prior experience in an Advisor capacity will be beneficial in this position.

You should ave a strong background as a HR generalist, with the ambition to further develop your career. You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting at all levels of an organisation. You should be confident challenging in a constructive way, whilst maintaining a proactive approach to your role.
