We are currently looking to recruit a permanent HR Advisor to join our team, reporting to the HR Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our current team to support the business in the effective management of operational HR matters at all UK sites.
The successful candidate must be fully CIPD qualified (to level 7) and have at least three years' experience of working as a generalist HR professional within an HR department at advisor level. Experience of the manufacturing sector will be advantageous.
The successful candidate must be proficient in working with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel to an intermediate level or above.
They must have the ability to multitask and prioritise workload, display a proactive approach to their job, and have the ability to work to deadlines within strict timeframes.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Applicants must be willing and able to travel extensively across the UK including some overnight stays.
