Your new company
Our not-for-profit client in Redhill are looking to recruit for a HR Director to join their growing HR team reporting directly in the CEO and line managing 3 employees.

Your new role
As an interim HR Director you will be the Director of People and Recruitment responsible for leading, delivering and supporting the People and Culture strategy of the company. This will be achieved through innovation, design and delivery of the HR process and activity. The role will be work creatively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to develop robust people strategies, policies and systems in response to organisational and sector needs and innovation practices.

You will also provide timely strategic and operational business partnering skills to the Exclusive Team, CEO and The Board based on an in-depth understanding of the organisation, challenging what is possible. Ensure the organisation's policies and procedures are followed at all times when delivering services. To maximise staff engagement and to lead initiatives for the teams as well as to champion strategies that creates a culture which supports the companies values, vision, mission and business goals.

What you'll need to succeed
in order to succeed in the role you will need to have proven experience at a senior level of leading and inspiring a successful HR and Recruitment team in a people focused organisation. Have proven experience of operating as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team. You must have a degree and relevant CIPD professional qualifications and commitment to professional development with excellent knowledge of HR and Learning and Development legal, regulatory and best practice requirements.

You must be agile in thinking and practice, flexible in ways of working and service delivery. Be a strategic and innovative thinking who can translate strategy into operational and project plans. Think strategically and addresses complex issues with a proven ability to influence and do things differently to deliver a business goal. Be high energy, driven and motivated. with Excellent organisational skills.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £60,000 for a 6 month FTC including 28 days holiday, 3% pension, excellent training, childcare vouchers and employee intensives.
