Job Details
A leading Global University in London with an ambitious Diversity strategy and passionate values.
Your new role
This is an exciting role where you will be at the heart of delivering the diversity agenda for this globally recognised University. Closely supporting the Head of ED&I and working collaboratively with HR colleagues, key stakeholders and utilising your external networks, you will play a key role in managing a multitude of EDI projects. In particular, one of your priorities will be to actively contribute to the success of accreditations, such as Athena SWAN and the Race Equality Charter.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your application, you will possess experience in an ED&I role, ideally with a breath of experience across the diversity remit. You will demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to scrutinise and present data. It is highly advantageous if you have experience with Athena SWAN or similar equality accreditations.
What you'll get in return
This role will enable you to work as part of an ED&I team, with the opportunity to have long-term meaningful impact on the diversity agenda and strategy for the entire University. Generous pension and annual leave!
