Interim HR Assistant Job

Interim HR Assistant Job, 3 Month (temp to perm), Central London, £13 - £17 per hour, immediate start.

Your new company
This exciting tech company are currently recruiting for a passionate HR assistant to join their friendly team. This growing, global tech company are in need of a bright HR assistant who wants to develop their career and grow.

Your new role
You will be responsible for always being the first point of contact to answer all employee queries relating to HR. You will take full responsibility for onboarding new starters and conducting exit interviews for leavers. You will be managing the monthly payroll for the UK. You will have the chance to have your say in a company that is open to developing policies and procedures. You will be keeping the HR database up to date at all times. You will also have the opportunity to develop the culture at the company and organise days to keep employees engaged.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience working as a HR assistant within the private sector. You will ideally be CIPD qualified. You will have solid organisation skills and has experience working with a HR system. You will be comfortable communicating with all levels of staff from junior staff to CEO's as you will be the first point of contact for all. You will be passionate about developing your career in HR and bring value to your new organisation.
