Job Details

I am currently working with a central government organisation based in Central London, who are looking to recruit a HR Operations Manager on an interim basis. 

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • HR management reporting – coordination and delivery of HR management reports (This includes working with data and creating tables and charts.
  • Payroll – oversee and support coordination of HR tasks in the monthly payroll process.
  • Process – coordination of process reviews and improvements. Update our templates as required.
  • Systems – oversee CIPHR system use and data input and support the development of the system.
  • Audit - e.g. payroll audits and the 3 monthly self-auditing of recruitment files.
  • Completion of surveys and data reports – finding the correct data source and checking data as needed.
  • PMD end year reviews – tracking the completion of these (and any other actions in the PMD process). 
  • HR Policy – further work as needed (ranging from creating and drafting to updating existing documents). Able to run manager training and briefings on key HR policies.
  • Budget management – tracking of HR spend and planning for future budgetary activity. Attends budget meetings with Finance colleagues.
