Your new company
Our multi site client based in Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit an experienced Regional HR Advisor to support the day to day HR Function. The role will require frequent travel around various sites across Oxford.

Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the management of ER casework, staff sickness, absence and management. You will also be responsible for the full Recruitment life cycle for new employees. You will providing monthly and weekly reports to senior management on attrition, recruitment and retention.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have a strong background in a Generalist HR role, you will also be able to demonstrate comprehensive employee relations skills. You will be extremely self motivated and have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous annual salary up to £35,000 dependant upon your experience. You will also have a company car and the opportunity to work from home once a week.
