We are seeking an experienced, inspiring and strategic HR professional to join, lead and develop our HR function.

ICMP is registered with the Office for Students bringing us into parity with the wider ecosystem of HE providers including Universities. As such we now have the need to develop and enhance both our ‘traditional’ and our Higher Education HR activities. Specific areas for development are Data Management and reporting, embedding the use of new HR systems, learning and development, and wellbeing.

The post is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to ICMP by envisioning, building and leading the department into the next stage of its evolution.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strategic planning capability and the capacity to lead and motivate a dynamic, team, with proven experience in senior HR leadership, with ideally some experience in the HE sector
