Your new company

Your new company are a prominent business experiencing expanson across Lancashire and based in the Preston area. This thriving company are now looking to welcome a HR Advisor to their expanding HR team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new job will see you having responsibility over 1st line HR queries and advice, managing a employee relations case load and ensuring compliance with employment law across the company in addition to analysing business needs to create and develop policies and procedures. You will support any management of acquisition, TUPE and redundancy regulations alongside the HR Manager and HR Director. You will have exposure to designing and developing training programs in addition to coaching and mentoring line managers on employee relations issues in addition to providing a full generalist support to staff on elements such as absence, policies, performance and equality and diversity.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a confident, detail-orientated individual, preferably qualified at CIPD level 5 or above with fantastic interpersonal skills, sound understanding of employment law, with quantifiable experience within a similar capacity within a busy HR function.
