HR Business Partner
The Church Commissioners manage a diverse investment fund of over £8 billion of assets. Our investment objective is to generate a total return averaging RPI +5% per annum over the long term, and our returns are used to support the mission and ministry of the Church of England This is a new role to support the highly skilled and high performing Investment team. The team’s current headcount is 47 and it is expected to grow over 12-24 months to around 65.
This is a new opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Investment team responsible for managing over £8 billion of assets to support the work and mission of the Church of England across the country.
You will provide best practice HR business partner support and advice to the Investment team including recruitment, developing appropriate reward policies, leadership development and HR expertise to ensure the we attract, engage and retain the best talent in line with our culture.
