Learning and Development Manager - £45,000 + £5000 bonus - South West London - Global Retailer

An industry leading technology business recognised for its established brand. Upon experiencing high levels of growth, they are looking to expand their team to include an employee relations manager to support their HR team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the overall learning and development strategy for the UK and Scotland region. You will also be responsible for developing engagement and performance management strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with the Head of HR in developing industry best practice methods. You will also be responsible for the management of the communications manager and collaborate on any marketing strategies for the region.

What you'll need to succeed
5 years' experience in a similar position is highly advantageous. The ability to effectively solve problems, practical experience in developing learning and development strategies is also preferred.
