An Excellent job opportunity for an Interim Senior HR BP/Head of HR (6 Month FTC) within an ecological charity, who offer a great place to work and pride themselves on their support to employees around learning and development.

Your new role
As a Senior HR BP/Head of HR,-(6 Month FTC) you will report to the HR Director and will have 7 direct reports in to you. This role is to cover a secondment and you will be responsible for managing a number of projects including: Embedding the HR Strategy, supporting the Director and leadership team in the design of development days, embedding a new pay structure and leading on a re-structure.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at Head of HR or Senior HR BP level, you must have experience managing an HR team, you must have experience of implementing an HR strategy and experience managing re-structures, ideally you will be available with no more than 2 weeks notice, experience in a charity or public sector experience would be advantageous.
