A temporary Administrator is required to support a busy HR team in Chelmsford

Your new company
A large corporate organisation based in Chelmsford requires a Administrator to support their well established HR team. You will provide on going temporary support, however for the right individual this role could lead onto a permanent position.

Your new role
You will support the HR team in all aspects of administration. This will include updating employee information on the HRIS system. Applying for references for new joiners, completing CRC and DBS checks and creating offer letters and contracts. You will also amend changes to terms and conditions that occur throughout the employee life cycle such as leavers, maternity, paternity, probation and flexible working requests.

What you'll need to succeed
As this is a temporary role you will be available immediately or at short notice. A strong background in Administration is essential and good attention to detail as you will be checking documents.
An interest in Human Resources is preferred and educated to degree level or equivalent.
