Brand new role and exciting opportunity to join a global technology giant. My client is looking to recruit a Training and Development Manager to join their team to be based in Glasgow with National travel requirements. This role will play a key part in developing and promoting an exceptional employee experience around skills and career development.
Naturally influential, the individual for this role is commercial, engaging and has a strong focus on delivery. You will have excellent project management skills, proven facilitation skills and be a strong business partner. Great relationship management is key as well as an engaging style and sense of fun.
You will have experience of working in the technology sector and be experienced in Leadership design, executive coaching and have experience of talent management including early careers to senior succession.
