Job Details
Your new role
As one of the People Development Business Partners for the business, you will be the main point of contact to discuss L&D requirements with managers, liaising with the wider People Development team whilst working closely with the business to, understand specific training requirements, strategically spot opportunities for learning interventions and share best practice from a wider internal and external L&D perspective.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience of partnering with a large, multi-site organisation and the challenges that this can present in a L&D capacity. You will have impressive stakeholder management skills and have strong project management skills with the ability to plan, measure, track and report. CIPD qualified.
