HR Advisor

A well established Professional Services business operating across 5 sites in the UK with approx 450 employees. Due to the business growth this role is brand new to the HR function.


Description

Reporting into the HR Manager you will be providing HR support across the business in order to provide an efficient HR service across the 5 sites, 450 employees.

This is a generalist role including :

First point of contact for all first level HR queries

Employee Relations

Recruitment

Advising on HR policies and procedures

Updating HR system


Profile

* Have previously worked as a HR Advisory level
* Have previously worked in Professional Services or similar industry
* Have excellent stakeholder management
* Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise work load
* Have previously managed Employee Relations cases
* Is IT proficient


Job Offer

* Salary £35,000 - £37,000k per annum
