Can you deliver justice?

Do you want to use your knowledge and experience to make a difference? At the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) we’re responsible for delivering justice through the independent and effective prosecution of crime. As the principal prosecuting authority across England and Wales the nature and diversity of cases we advise on and prosecute means our work is often emotionally challenging and complex. As such our service employs almost 6,000 individuals who think objectively, act professionally, show the upmost respect for others and continually strive for excellence.

You will be joining the CPS at a critical time as we plan for 2025. As our Workforce Planning, Insight & Design Lead you will ensure our strategies are delivering against both current and future CPS workforce demand and supply requirements. You will be an integral member of our newly developed Resourcing and Strategic Workforce Planning team and will hold the key to CPS workforce plans for the future. In addition to this you will play a vital role in ensuring our employer brand and attraction strategy is reaching and resonating with the wide range of talent we need to deliver justice to the public we serve.

We’re looking for someone who ideally has some exposure to both workforce planning and candidate attraction strategies and who is seeking to build upon their existing skills to develop further.  You will be comfortable with gathering and interpreting data to create high quality reports which help inform CPS workforce plans and produce persuasive business cases for change.

You will be required to use your strong communication, organisational and analytical skills in this role to understand relevant data and communicate this to various stakeholder groups. A crucial part of your role will involve building positive and collaborative cross functional relationships that add real value to the work of the team and the wider CPS.

In return we offer our colleagues the opportunity to have a very real impact on society, the freedom to use their own judgement and the chance to experience both challenging and varied work. All in a supportive environment that is invested in seeing you make the most of your life inside work and out.

If you are looking for a meaningful, challenging role and think this sounds like the role for you, apply now at http://bit.ly/CORP0205 The closing date for applications is 20 June 2019
