Learning & Development Business Partner / L&D BP
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary up to £38,000 per annum dependent on skills
Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week Monday - Friday)

This is a very exciting time to be joining our client. With 14,500 properties, a turnover of £115m and a substantial development and sales programme, they are making the most of their many opportunities in a challenging but rewarding environment.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Partner with a passion for driving individual and organisational growth through learning and development activities.

Ideally they are seeking a candidate with an HR Generalist or L&D/OD background and possibly looking for your next career step in to a Business Partnering role.

Reporting to the L&D Manager and working closely with their wider Human Resources team and the business you will effectively scope, design and develop learning solutions independently and with partner organisations. These will be aligned to their organisational goals and designed with clear measures of success and evaluation criteria.

Essentially experience within general Human Resources or Learning and Development or alternatively a customer experience or consulting role is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a drive for collaborative and consultative working. You should be passionate about learning and able to converse confidently about the latest learning trends and how these can drive improved outcomes over time.

In return, they offer a great place to work, an attractive range of benefits such as Health Cash Plan, Bonus potential, competitive Pension options and 25 days Holiday on starting in addition to 3 days closure at Christmas, as well as supporting flexible ways of working.
They welcome applications from all sections of the communities they work in.
Shortlisting will be conducted in line with the essential and desirable criteria set out in the person specification.

They reserve the right to close this role earlier than the published date should a suitable candidate be identified.
