HR Business Partner

Your new company
Our client based in oxford is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. You will be joining a fast paced environment that will require frequent local travel.

Your new role
As HR Business Partner,you will be ensure that the organisation is fully supported by the HR function. You will be responsible to organising and implementing the group HR strategy and providing essential consultative support to line managers. You will play a key part in talent management, people development and the the development of specific projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of HR Generalist support. you will have a proven track record of being able to managers at a senior level.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous annual salary of up to £40,000 pro rata, dependant upon your experience. You will also be entitled to a great wider benefits package.
