HR Operations Partner | Bournemouth, Dorset | Permanent
A newly created position within a small team has been created to address the HR Operations needs within an ambitiously growing business. Based in Bournemouth, this organisation operates as a call centre with Head Office staff based there too.
Reporting to the HR Director, this position will work alongside the HR Business Partners and have ownership for the HR Operations. This will include managing the Employee Relations, performance management, absence management, supporting line managers and increasing their confidence and capability. This role will manage all administration that supports these elements of HR and the successful candidate should be prepared to roll their sleeves up and deal with paperwork and spreadsheets.
Working with an HRIS, the role will also have responsibility for analysing the HR data, identifying trends and working with the HR Director and Business Partners to affect change. Approaching the role with a mindset of continuous improvement, this role will be responsible for driving forward the processes, amending current procedures and making recommendations.
