HR Officer, Not for Profit Organisation, Cheshire - £26,000 - £30,000

Your new role
This is a highly operational Human Resources role working across a range of HR functions including L&D & Organisational Development. You will be in a position to provide advice to staff and managers, ensuring the organisations policies and procedures are upheld across the business. Working closely with managers you will provide guidance and solutions to HR issues ensuring the quality running of the business.

You will have the opportunity to liaise across all departments of the business, deliver into senior and external stakeholders, as well as engage with union representatives .

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be passionate about HR, with a real desire to to support the development of business and personnel, as well as pursuing your own personal development. You should have experience dealing with complex ER cases, with the ability to provide relevant advice in line with internal policy, legislation and HR practices.

Ideally you will have had previous exposure to working with unions, be familiar with using HR systems and be confident producing good quality business documentation. You will need to be an excellent communicator, capable of working independently with an understanding of commercial aims
