This role is for a newly established team within Financial Services that are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to source for IT and investment management vacancies. They are looking for somebody to come in with a background within IT recruitment within financial services, and the roles you will be recruiting for will include roles such as: Business Analysts, Data Analysts, DevOps Managers, Architects, Quant Devs Managers etc

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need circa 6+ years of recruitment experience
* Ideally a mixture of both agency and internal, during which you have been operating within the Financial Services space and focusing on IT roles.
* Strong knowledge within the digital arena including: Compliance officer, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Architect, Quantitative Developer, Scrum Master and Project management.
* You will be able to come in and hit the ground running as the sole recruiter for this team within the UK
* Excellent sourcing and attraction techniques with the use of relevant recruiting software platforms
* Motivated Self starter with hands-on mentality and organisational skills
