Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche Technology Business with a site based in Paris to recruit a talented HR / ER Manager initially for 4 months, however there is a view for potentially permanency.

You will take the lead on the day to day provision of HR services, employee relations, policies and procedures for the Company covering the Paris and Montpellier offices. The role reports to the Head of HR EMEA and advises Company Managers and Employees on a range of HR issues.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with experience of giving HR advice and guidance, Employee Relations / casework, training, performance management and ideally works council / social relations.

Ideally you will be educated with a Masters Degree from an accredited College or University with a minimum of three years HR experience with an emphasis on Labour Law and Employee Relations. You will also possess previous experience dealing with Management from first line Supervisors through middle Managers and be able to communicate fluently in French and English.
