Your new company
Our blue chip company is recruiting for an internal recruiter for a 6 month FTC in Tunbridge Wells to support the recruitment and talent strategy manager by sourcing high quality candidates.

Your new role
You will be supporting the recruitment and talent strategy manager by sourcing high quality candidates. You will also provide administrative support to the recruitment and selection processes. You will be managing 15-30 roles at any one time and this will include internal and external roles ranging from Team leader to Managers and Engineers. You will advise on policies and procedures, liaise internally on the progress of roles you are managing, carry out the HR induction with new starters and liaise with external recruitment agencies.

You will be required to travel between Tunbridge Wells and the Midlands office and occasionally Dublin and Scotland - all travel expenses will be paid for.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience working within external recruitment or HR recruitment. - this role is perfect for agency recruitment looking to move into internal recruitment. You must also hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

What you'll get in return
