HR Shared Services Manager
My client, a high profile and rapidly growing charity now requires an HR Shared Services Manager to join them for a period of 6 months.
The Shared Service team are the first point of contact for all HR queries either in person, on the phone or via the HR Helpdesk email account and are responsible for all the HR transactional work for the organisation. As HR Shared Services Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the shared service, its workload and adherence to organisational KPI’s. This includes all aspects of recruitment (including Job evaluation), onboarding, data management, payroll and first line sickness management.
To be considered for this role you will require proven HR Shared Services line management experience working at middle management level, along with strong customer service skills and good working knowledge of HR systems (ideally Cascade), and Job Evaluation frameworks (Ideally Hays). The organisation are also in the process of designing, testing and implementing a new web-based recruitment system, so experience of working with Blue Octopus or other web-based recruitment systems will be a considerable advantage.
