L&D Assistant - Financial Services - London - £25,000-£30,000

Your new company
An exciting L&D Assistant role has arisen, working for a leading financial services firm based in London. In this role, you'll be reporting directly into the L&D Manager and will receive broad exposure to stakeholders across the business.

Your new role
In your new L&D Assistant role you'll be responsible for administering the entire learning cycle for employees across the London office, and will be the first point of call for any L&D-related queries. You will assist in developing the training programme in line with business needs, maintain and update training materials, coordinate training sessions, register attendees and collect feedback. Furthermore, you'll be involved in maintaining the professional qualifications matrix for employees and processing student booking.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your L&D Assistant role, you must have experience working in a central L&D Admin/Assistant position, preferably within financial services. You will have a strong understanding of the learning function and will have experience tailoring learning programmes in line with company and employee need. Furthermore, you'll have experience liaising with internal and external training providers to coordinate and successfully delivery learning programmes and will have experience updating training materials. Crucially, you will have a genuine passion for the L&D function and will have the confidence and gravitas to speak with senior stakeholders within the business.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will get exposure to the L&D and HR function and will receive a competitive £25,000-£30,000 salary.
