Senior HR Advisor

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to support a significant change project

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join a team delivering a significant change restructuring project.

Were looking for either HR Advisor/HR Manager / HRBP who has a strong experience of change consultations and managing a restructures.

You will be working as part of a team managing restructuring across business units. Key tasks

* Coaching / communicating with Managers on process
* Handling individual and group consultation process
* Supporting dialogue with trade unions
* Preparation of documentation
* Handling and updating spreadsheets for roles changes and resulting payroll / structure change mapping.
* Potential redundancy

Candidates

* Were seeking either a HR Advisor or experienced HR Manager / HRBP
* Confident and with gravitas to speak/coach managers
* solid experience of change - Restructuring
* Able to handle all processes and update spreadsheets
* CIPD ideally full qualified.

This is a temporary contract via Hays until June 2020.
Full time 37 hours or potential of compressed hours over 4 days
