Your new role
A newly created role to support the recent and planned growth.

* You will hold full HR responsibility across 2 sites for an employee headcount of 145.
* Create, roll out and imbed HR policies and procedures
* Time and attendance
* Disciplinaries & grievances
* Holiday and annual leave tracking & data capture
* Recruitment & retention
* Payroll
* Support and upskill manager population - working with SMART objectives
* Alignment of employee contracts in line with merger

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be CIPD qualified and have worked in a similar role previously.
