This exciting, expanding and dynamic business is looking to hire a Resourcing Partner.  Working closely with various business areas across the company you will ensure that they have the right talent to achieve their immediate and future strategic goals. In your role, you will be providing recruitment expertise and guidance to the business on all aspects of the recruitment & selection process.

You will advise on appropriate advertising strategies to attract suitable candidates, focusing on the direct sourcing but where appropriate use other effective channels to deliver the best service for their stakeholders.  You will Identify and design talent acquisition strategies that assist in timely delivery of the best talent & build robust selection methods. You will also develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the company and challenge the normal processes where appropriate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Bringing in the best talent and providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively recruiting a strong pipeline of new starters and deliver against deadlines and targets, using direct sourcing methods including head hunting, social media and networking
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from role brief, managing the candidate journey, interviews, selection and overall recruitment process, producing engaging job adverts and creating and updating required interview materials
  • Partnering with Heads of Departments to understand current and future talent acquisition needs
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and understanding internal and external conditions affecting our hiring strategies
  • Building and aligning a suite of selection tools/methods to help select the best talent
  • Creating high level reports & tracking direct advertising sources
  • Working within all relevant recruitment and employment legislation guidelines
  • Develop key strategies to create a strong candidate pipeline for the future
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador, establishing external relationships with universities and building recruitment links for future opportunities
  • Leading a small support team

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment within Financial Services Industry for entry, junior and high-level roles
  • Experience of how to build a recruitment plan to meet business strategy
  • Expert knowledge of attraction strategies including headhunting, advertising and social media attraction
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of employment law, regulations and policy to ensure a compliant end to end resourcing process
  • Knowledge of different assessment/selection techniques and a strong awareness of how to apply in differing situations
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills and the ability to take a proactive approach
  • Good interviewing skills as well as the ability to train managers in CV screening and interview techniques
