I am currently working with a research institute based in central London to recruit an HR Advisor on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.
There are currently two vacancies at this level, one is a generalist role, and the other focuses on ER.
Working closely with an HR Business Partner. the main accountabilities held within this role will include:
Providing excellent employee relations support and advice for managers at all levels to ensure that all casework is managed in a fair and transparent manner. This will include absence management disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies.
Providing general HR support and advice to employees and managers.
- Organising and presenting staff induction.
- Running MI reports from the HR system on a monthly basis and as required.
- Managing the fixed-term contract process, including issuing letters of notice and calculating redundancy payments.
