Unique opportunities for either full time/ part time for Trainer/Coaches for a Digital project improving lives

Were working with a national charity who are partnering with a Global IT Technology Partner to deliver a special programme which will enable people to improve their lives through better use of digital technology.

Were seeking coaches/trainers to join a newly formed team to deliver a mix of digital training and mentoring coaching sessions. These sessions will be delivered at a "pop up" Highstreet location and community centres in Portsmouth across a mix of days/ hours thorough out the week/weekend.

You will be working as part of a team that delivers a range of courses and one to one coaching, connecting and engaging local organisations and partners to empower people to build confidence and ability with their digital skills.

Full & Paid Training will be provided on digital content before service delivery training (10-12 days)

Therefore we have a range of opportunities either full time or part time - 6 Months Fixed contract

Coach (Trainer)
Full Time / Part Time / Day Rate - Days/Hours flexible.
£25000 - 6 months fixed contract (pro rata)

* Delivers 1 to 1 digital mentoring sessions,
* Act as a front of house coordinator on a shared basis
* Coaches and delivers Digital partner training content to groups of individuals and potentially larger group

Coach (Trainer) / Partnership Worker
Full / Part Time - Days/Hours Flexible
£27000
Alongside the responsibility of Coaching as above the Partnership worker role will additionally set up effective partnerships with organisations and the local community. The Partnership element of the role will be 1 day per week.

Coach (Coder)
£27000
Full / Part Time - Days and hours flexible
Were seeking coaches with experience and knowledge of Coding to deliver the Coding specialist content of programme. Therefore were looking for Coaches with experience of Coding with the confidence to train/coach others coding.

Coach Team Leader
£Negotiable

As well as coaching, Team leaders play a vital role in successful running of a learning learning space.
Motivating & Inspiring Coaches, reporting and managing key metrics, and ensuring the delivery of training and coaching by the coaches. Team leaders will be accountable for delivering the vision and strategic direction whist evolving and developing the provision.

Candidates
For Coaches were looking for individuals with ability and experience to deliver training and coaching/mentoring sessions to individuals of the general public and potentially larger groups upto 100+.

Skills were looking for...

Digital Understanding - You must be a confident and experienced in the use of digital technology, able to demonstrate the understanding of digital technology to change peoples lives.

Presentation Skills - Confident communicator, with the ability to deliver training to individuals, groups and potentially larger audiences with pre trained materials.

Training / Coaching - You will be a confident in training individuals in a face to face setting, coaching & mentoring individuals to enhance their ability to digital/technology.

Candidates need the ability to travel around the area as needed

Desirable skills - Coaching & Mentoring Experience / Retail experience or customer facing environments.


These roles are offer on an initial 6 month fixed term contract for the duration of the Digital learning Centre
Options will be available on a full time, part time and day rate to ensure the full coverage of the learning centre. The Learning centre will be open across 7 days per week and operating a 4 week rota with varying times of opening.
