Job Details
Description
* Cover the whole employee lifecycle
* Implement policies and procedures in line with the business
* Oversee the recruitment process, advising on remuneration and guiding line managers
* Manage HR projects when required
* Maintain all employee records
* Manage HR reporting
* Design and deliver training when applicable (inductions, policies, procedures)
* Other adhoc duties when required
Profile
* You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified
* You will have previous experience managing a HR function in a standalone position
* Experience working in a similar environment
Job Offer
* £35,000-£40,000 per annum basic salary (depending on experience)
